Current Situation and Promotion Strategy of Training Practical Skills of Green Food Production Technology in Higher Vocational College
The rapid development of green food industry is promoted by the change of consumer demand,the support of government policies and regulations,and the strategic adjustment of agriculture and rural economic structure.The major of green food production technology in higher vocational college can transport relevant technical talents for green food enterprises,but with the development of the industry,the requirements for practical skills of talents are also increasing.However,students'practical skills do not match the needs of enterprises because of the lack of practical training conditions,unreasonable arrangement and other factors.Taking green food production technology major as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of students'practical skills training in higher vocational college,and explores the promotion strategy to improve their practical skills,in order to provide reference for the improvement of green food production technology students'practical skills and to promote the improvement of students'core competitiveness.
