摘要

乳铁蛋白(Lactoferrin)是奶中发现的一种重要的蛋白质,广泛存在于生物分泌物中的生物活性蛋白,具备多种生理活性功能,包括免疫调节作用、抗炎作用等.这种蛋白质已被证明具备结合及运输铁的能力.HLF(Human Lactoferrin)和LF(Lactoferrin)具有高序列同源性和相同功能,抑制细菌生长且对多种致病菌存在杀菌效果,对抗宿主机体的过激或者有害反应,使其具备多种功效.乳铁蛋白的浓度、数量、完整性及铁饱和度可直接影响其作用效果.现阶段,因乳铁蛋白具有良好的健康功能,已被纳入许多商业健康产品中,包括婴幼儿配方奶和奶粉、化妆品和功能性食品的使用.

Abstract

Lactoferrin is an important protein found in milk.It exists widely in biological secretions and has a variety of physiological functions,including immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory effects.This protein has been shown to bind and transport iron.HLF(Human Lactoferrin)and LF(Lactoferrin)have high sequence homology and the same function,inhibit bacterial growth and have a bactericidal effect on a variety of pathogens,and resist the excessive or harmful reactions of the host body,making it have a variety of effects.The concentration,quantity,integrity and iron saturation of lactoferrin can directly affect its effect.At present,due to its good health functions,lactoferrin has been incorporated into many commercial health products,including the use of infant formula and milk powder,cosmetics and functional foods.
