The"Three Teaching"reform is carried out from three aspects of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods,so as to enhance the adaptability of vocational education.The action-oriented teaching concept belongs to the teaching method reform in the"Three Teaching"reform.Project teaching method is the most basic teaching method of action-oriented teaching concept.Chinese and Western Pastry Major trains high-quality skilled talents with both integrity and talent for relevant units.As a skilled major,it is particularly necessary to implement the requirements of the"Three Teachings"reform,implement action-oriented and project-based teaching methods,and to shape student's comprehensive vocational ability.This paper expounds the application of action-oriented teaching in the teaching of Chinese and Western Pastry Major courses for communication.
