工程认证背景下"食品安全学"课程混合式教学改革

食品相关工作关系到人民生命健康,培养具有食品安全意识、法治观念和良好职业道德,能运用所学知识解决复杂工程问题的高素质应用型人才具有重要意义.以"以学生为中心,以产出为导向"的OBE理念为指导,对"食品安全学"课程进行混合式教学改革,构建工程问题案例库,挖掘思政元素并有机融入教学过程中;构建课前知识传递模式、课中知识内化与转移方法、课后知识拓展路径;对教学过程进行设计,紧紧围绕工程教育专业认证对学生能力的培养要求,设计过程评价和期末考试相结合的考核方式,利用多元化教学手段,充分调动学生学习的积极性,培养学生分析问题与解决问题的能力.
The Mixed Teaching Reform of"Food Safety"Course under the Background of Engineering Education Professional Certification
The work of the food industry is related to people's life and health.It is of great significance to train high-quality applied talents with food safety awareness,legal concept and good professional ethics to solve complex engineering problems.The teaching reform of the course of"Food Safety"is carried out based on the OBE idea(student-centered,output-oriented).In specific,the case base of engineering problems is constructed,and the ideological and political elements are dogged and integrated into the teaching process organically.The knowledge transfer mode before class,the method of knowledge internalization and transfer in class,and the path of knowledge expansion after class are constructed.Besides,the examination method combining process evaluation and final examination is designed to meet the requirement of engineering education professional certification.Through diversified teaching methods to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students,and cultivate students'ability to analyze and solve problems.
