Exploration of Educational Reform in the Course of"Food Nutrition"Based on the"Great Food View"
"Food Nutrition"is one of the core courses in food related majors,and its teaching content is highly consistent with many concepts of the"Great Food View".Starting from the characteristics of the"Food Nutrition"course,this article deeply analyzes the significance of teaching reform in the"Food Nutrition"course based on the background of the"Great Food View",in response to the current situation and shortcomings of single teaching content and outdated teaching methods.This study aims to explore how to integrate a"Great Food View"into the"Food Nutrition"course,in order to promote the understanding of the importance of a diversified food supply system for students,and to cultivate more functional food talents with innovative thinking and practical abilities in the field of food nutrition and health.
