Research on the Innovation of Ideological and Political Education for College Students under the Perspective of Industry-Teaching Integration—Taking Food Science and Engineering Major as an Example
The integration of industry and education is an important means for applied undergraduate colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation,and it is an extension of the concept of"education must be combined with production and labor"in the field of contemporary higher education.The nurturing mode of industry-education integration has changed the traditional teaching method and given new features to the ideological and political education of college students.Taking food science and engineering majors as an example,this paper discusses that the ideological and political education of college students in the process of industry-teaching integration presents the characteristics of diversification of educational subjects,new educational methods and higher educational requirements.It is necessary to strengthen students'strategic education,ethical education,labor education and collaborative education by combining the characteristics of the specialty in the integration of industry and education,so as to cultivate applied food engineering talents with good professional moral quality and social responsibility.
