为提高思政育人效果,以"食品标准与法规"为例,探索OBE理念下的课程教学改革.在教学过程中注重学生能力培养、知识传授和价值引领同频、产出导向和持续改进的教育理念,从家国情怀、法治精神、社会责任、诚实守信和科学创新等多角度地有机融入思政元素,重构课程教学设计、课程内容,改进教学手段和设计多样化的考核评价体系,以期为培养应用型人才和高校思政教育提供借鉴参考.
Exploration on the Teaching Reform of"OBE Concept"from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Curriculum—Taking the"Food Standards and Laws"as an Example
In order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education,taking"Food Standards and Laws"as an example,explore the teaching reform under the OBE concept.In the teaching process,the developing students'abilities,knowledge transmission and value leadership,output orientation and continuous improvement of educational philosophy are valued.From multiple perspectives such as patriotism,rule of law spirit,social responsibility,honesty and trustworthiness and scientific innovation,ideological and political elements are organically integrated.The curriculum design,content,improvement of teaching methods and design of a diversified evaluation system are reconstructed to cultivate applied talents and provide reference for ideological and political education in universities.
