食品企业数智化发展、研发强度与企业绩效

当前以大数据、人工智能为代表的数字技术与实体经济深度融合,已成为驱动食品企业协同创新发展的新动力.食品企业作为实体经济的重要组成部分,顺应数字经济潮流逐渐成为推动和衡量企业高质量发展的关键所在,数智化为企业经营可持续的长远发展奠定基础.以研究数智化对食品企业绩效提升有何影响为目的,将2012-2022年上市企业为数据样本,实证分析数智化升级对食品企业的绩效产生的影响.结果证明该影响呈倒"U"形趋势,研发强度在其中起到调节作用并具有一定的门槛效应.该实证结论,为食品企业的数智化转型升级提供建议.
The Digitalization Development,Research and Development Intensity,and Corporate Performance of Food Enterprises
The deep integration of digital technology and the real economy,represented by big data and artificial intelligence,has become a new driving force for the collaborative innovation and development of food enterprises.Food enterprises,as an important part of the real economy,conform to the trend of digital economy has gradually become the key to promote and measure the high-quality development of enterprises,and digital intelligence has laid the foundation for the sustainable long-term development of enterprise management.In order to study the impact of digital intellectualization on the performance improvement of food enterprises,this paper takes listed enterprises from 2012 to 2022 as data samples to empirically analyze the impact of digital intellectualization upgrade on the performance of food enterprises.The results show that the impact shows an inverted"U"-shaped trend,in which R & D intensity plays a moderating role and has a certain threshold effect.Based on the empirical conclusions,it provides suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of digital intelligence in food enterprises.
