市售韭菜中农药残留污染现状研究

韭菜,作为济宁地区优质蔬菜,深受广大消费者喜爱,但其农药残留污染状况不明,文章研究了济宁市韭菜中农药残留污染现状,旨在为济宁市韭菜食用安全和蔬菜产业可持续发展提供全面科学的依据.2023年10-11月从济宁8个县市区采集了 48份韭菜样品,基于QuEChERS前处理-气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法对39种农药进行了残留量检测,研究了济宁市市售韭菜中农药多残留污染状况.48份韭菜样品中有42份样品有农药检出,检出率84.5%;39种农药有13种农药检出,氟胺氰菊酯(62.50%)、二甲戊灵(56.25%)、溴氰菊酯(31.25%)、高效氯氟氰菊酯(27.08%)在韭菜样品中检出率最高;大部分农药残留量处于较低水平.济宁市韭菜中农药残留检出率较高,但残留较低,韭菜食用安全风险较低.
Investigation of Pesticide Residues in Chinese Chives from Jining City
Chinese chives,as a high-quality vegetable in Jining area,is loved by the majority of consumers,but its pollution status of pesticide residues is unknown.This paper studies pesticide residues in Chinese chives,aiming to provide a comprehensive scientific basis for the edible safety of Chinese chives and the sustainable development of vegetable industry in Jining City.From October to November 2023,48 samples of Chinese chives were collected from 8 counties and urban areas in Jining.The residues of 39 kinds of pesticides were detected by QuEChERS pretreatment combined with GC-MS/MS method,and the multi-residue pollution status of Chinese chives was studied.The results showed that pesticide was detected in 42 out of 48 samples,the detection rate was 84.5%.Among 39 kinds of pesticides,13 kinds of pesticides were detected,among which cyfluthrin(62.50%),dimethylene(56.25%),deltamethrin(31.25%)and Cyhalothrin(27.08%)were the highest.Most pesticide residues were at low levels.The detection rate of pesticide residues in Chinese chives in Jining city was high,but the residues were low,and the edible safety risk of Chinese chives was low.
