Food quick tests technology plays an important role in food safety supervision,and it is one of the essential technical means of food safety supervision in China at this stage.In this paper,quick tests technology is introduced into food safety inspection,with a view to empowering"penetrating"supervision.It is expounded from the aspects of domestic current situation,necessity,feasibility,implementation path,harvest and effect,aiming at exploring the practice of empowering food safety"penetrating"supervision and inspection through quick tests,establishing a set of fast inspection system that conforms to reality and meets the requirements of relevant laws and regulations,and is also an important content of professional quality and skill quality training in the construction of professional inspectors.
