Food safety issues are gaining more and more attention from people as the level of social and economic development continues to rise.The tableware comes into direct contact with food during use,so its safety condition has a direct impact on the Public health.The scientific,stringent,and standardized process for cleaning,disinfection,and maintenance of tableware can effectively mitigate safety risks and safeguard the hygiene and safety of the tableware.Delve deeply into the current safety risks of tableware and systematically outlines the corresponding safety control requirements and common operational issues from five core aspects:facility setup,personnel operation,cleaning procedures,disinfection measures,and cleaning maintenance.Clarify the key areas that should be focused on during inspections and supervision,aiming to provide scientific and professional references and guidance for improving the hygiene and safety of tableware as well as enhancing the overall level of food safety.
