摘要

以"食品质量安全管理学"为例,通过该课程的课程思政目标设定、思政元素的挖掘、课程思政的教学方法设计、课程考核评价模式的改进等实践,旨在探讨该课程中思政元素的有效融入,以提升教育教学效果,为食品质量与安全专业其他课程的教学改革提供参考.

Abstract

Taking"Food Quality and Safety Management"as an example,this course aims to explore the effective integration of ideological and political elements in this course through the practice of setting curriculum ideological and political objectives,mining ideological and political elements,designing curriculum ideological and political teaching methods,and improving curriculum assessment and evaluation modes,so as to improve education and teaching effects and to provide references for the teaching reform of other courses of food quality and safety major.
