In order to promote the healthy development of the catering industry,combine with the distribution of the regional catering industry to carry out reuse tableware random sampling activities.The results of ion synthetic detergents and coliform bacteria in 2024 tableware from 2022 to 2024 in Zhongwei were analyzed,the detection rate of problems in small restaurants and kindergarten canteens was higher than that in large and medium restaurants,and the detection rate of anionic synthetic detergent was much higher than that of coliform bacteria.Therefore,the reuse tableware still exists food safety hidden trouble,needs the Catering Service Unit and the supervision to work together to ensure the tableware cleanliness,the hygiene and the safety,create"Peace and quiet"good social co-governance brand.
