多种维生素矿物质咀嚼片制备工艺研究与评价

以钙、铁、锌、维生素A、维生素C、维生素D为主要功效成分,糖醇为填充剂、聚维酮K30为黏合剂、硬脂酸镁为润滑剂制备多种维生素矿物质咀嚼片。根据粉体的吸湿性和流动性筛选出填充剂的添加种类。通过正交试验,以感官评分为指标,确定填充剂、黏合剂、润滑剂的最佳配方。根据最佳配方制作片剂,对片剂的质量差异、硬度、脆碎度、维生素矿物质稳定性等进行评价。结果表明,异麦芽酮糖醇、聚维酮K30、硬脂酸镁配方分别为50%、10%和1%时产品色泽均匀、表面光滑完整,感官评价结果良好,且试验期间品质稳定。试验为优化多种维生素矿物质咀嚼片的生产工艺提供可行参考。
Preparation Technology and Evaluation of Multivitamin and Mineral Chewable Tablets
Multivitamin and mineral chewable tablets were prepared with calcium,iron,zinc,vitamin A,vitamin C,and vitamin D as the main active ingredients,sugar alcohol as the filler,polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 as the adhesive,and magnesium stearate as the lubricant.Select the type of filler to be added based on the moisture absorption and flowability of the powder.Through orthogonal experiments,using sensory score as the index,the optimal formula for fillers,adhesives,and lubricants was determined.Prepare tablets according to the best formula and evaluate the weight variation,hardness,fragility,and vitamin stability of the tablets.The results indicated that the product had uniform color,smooth and complete surface,good sensory evaluation results,and stable quality during the stability test when the formula of isomaltulose,povidone K30,and magnesium stearate was 50%,10%,and 1%.It provides a feasible reference for optimizing the production process of multiple vitamin and mineral chewable tablets.
