Optimization of Polyphenol Extraction Process of Alsophila Spinulosa by Response Surface Methodology and Preliminary Study of the Activity
In this experiment,we used Alsophila spinulosa as the test raw material. The single-factor test and response surface optimization of the extraction process of polyphenols were used from A.spinulosa and preliminarily investigating the antioxidant activity and bacteriostatic activity. The results showed that the optimal process for extracting polyphenols from A.spinulosa was a material-liquid ratio of 1∶38 g/mL,ultrasonic time of 52 minutes, and ultrasonic temperature of 51 ℃.The extracted amount of A.spinulosa polyphenols reached 51.658 mg/g;The total antioxidant capacity was elevated with the increase of the concentration of A.spinulosa polyphenol samples within the experimental mass concentration, but its total antioxidant capacity was smaller than that of VC;The antimicrobial effect of A.spinulosa polyphenols on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was observed, with the lowest inhibitory concentration being 50 mg/mL.This study provides basic data for the development and utilisation of Alsophila spinulosa polyphenols.
