摘要
随着大麻二酚产业发展,越来越多企业进军工业大麻行业,但在原料种植、采购、提取加工等方面存在一些问题.研究以工业大麻花叶为研究对象,对原料种植、收购、加工及产品储存、销售等方面进行分析,找到各个环节的危害因子,确定了原料种植及进厂验收、原料储存、萃取、浓缩分离及纯化、危害物销毁、产品储存、产品出入库、员工培训及体检作为加工过程的8个关键控制点,并制定了控制措施,建立了HACCP体系并进行了应用,可为大麻二酚生产企业提供参考,共同维护工业大麻行业健康、可持续发展.
Abstract
As the cannabidiol industry develops,more and more companies are moving into the industrial cannabis industry,but there are problems in growing,purchasing,extracting and processing raw materials.This research takes the industrial hemp flowers and leaves as the research object,analyzes the raw material cultivation,the purchase,the processing as well as the product storage,the sale and so on,and finds each link the harm factor.The eight key control points in the processing process are identified as material planting and acceptance,raw material storage,extraction,concentration,separation and purification,hazardous materials destruction,product storage,product storage,staff training and physical examination.Control measures are made,and HACCP system is established and applied,which provide reference for cannabidiol manufacturers to jointly maintain the healthy and sustainable development of industrial cannabis industry.
