干辣椒中农药残留检测前处理方法探究

探讨干辣椒中农药残留检测前处理方法.文章通过干辣椒的浸提方法和时间、有机试剂、萃取方式、浓缩方式等前处理方式,对比第三方外检机构的检测结果,探讨对最终农药残留检测种类以及检出量的影响,分析出适合干辣椒的最佳检测方法.样品加水后超声10 min处理,加入15 mL乙腈、CNW dSPE型萃取包,净化离心后,用空气常温吹至近干,加入内标溶液复溶,检测结果与第三方外检机构的检测结果最接近.此研究在国家标准的基础上优化前处理过程,采用适合此设备的气相质谱条件,建立了一种经济、操作性强且适用于干辣椒类农副产品农残物质的定量分析方法,可为中小型企业自行检测农残物质含量提供一种较经济、简单的检测方法.
Study on Pretreatment Method of Pesticide Residue Detection in Dried Pepper
Explore the pretreatment method of pesticide residue detection in dried pepper.In this paper,the pre-treatment methods of extraction method and time,organic reagent,extraction method,concentration method about dried pepper were compared with the test results of third-party external inspection institutions to discuss the influence on the final pesticide residue detection type and detection amount,and to analyze the best detection method suitable for dried pepper.The samples were treated by ultrasound for 10 min after adding water,then 15 mL acetonitrile and CNW dSPE type extraction package were added,purified and centrifuged,then blown to dry with air at room temperature and re-dissolved with internal standard solution.The test results were the closest to those of the third-party external inspection institutions.This study optimized the pretreatment process on the basis of national standards,adopted the temperament conditions suitable for the equipment,and established an economic,operational and suitable for the quantitative analysis of agricultural residues in dried chili pepper agricultural and sideline products.It can provide an economical and simple method for small and medium-sized enterprises to detect the content of agricultural residues by themselves.
