Teaching Reform and Exploration in the Context of New Engineering Disciplines"Food Factory Machinery and Equipment"
With the development of new engineering disciplines,higher education is undergoing profound changes.In order to adapt to the situation of the new engineering disciplines,in view of the problems existing in the course of"Food Factory Machinery and Equipment",it is proposed to take the OBE concept as a guide,and to carry out reforms and explorations from multiple perspectives of the target system,teaching links,and assessment and evaluation,with a view to improving the teaching effect,enhancing the students'competence quality,and providing more references for the construction of food professional courses.
