A Study on the Mechanism and Implementation Path of Rural Revitalization Enabled by Culinary Vocational Education——A Case Study of Heyuan
The implementation of the rural renewal strategy is a major decision for the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and the regional characteristics of the development of culinary vocational education meet the requirements of the rural renewal strategy.Against this background,this paper explores the role of culinary vocational education in rural revitalization,it also puts forward implementation strategies such as building a platform for training talents,training a team of teachers,building a channel for the integration of industry and education,exploring Hakka People's culinary heritage,and giving full play to the political functions of the culinary vocational education,to inform the reform and innovation of our culinary vocational education in rural revitalization.
