摘要

随着经济水平的快速发展和健康意识的提高,人们对果酒的需求量不断提高.贵州作为水果产业大省之一,高度重视果酒产业的发展.经过多年发展,贵州果酒产业体系日趋完善,但也面临诸多挑战.对贵州水果产业发展情况、贵州省果酒产业发展存在问题进行文献调查研究和企业实地调研,以期为贵州果酒产业高质量发展提供理论参考.

Abstract

With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of health awareness,people's demand for fruit wine is constantly increasing.As one of the major provinces in fruit wine industry,Guizhou attaches great achievements on the development of fruit wine industry.After years of development,the fruit wine industry in Guizhou becomes more and more satisfying,but it also faces many challenges.In the present study,the development of Guizhou fruit industry and the existing problems in the development of Guizhou fruit wine industry are investigated by literature and enterprises in order to provide theoretical reference for the high-quality development of Guizhou fruit wine industry.
