Exploration of the"Virtual Reality Combination"Mode in the Teaching of"Instrument Analysis"in Food Science and Engineering Major
The teaching contents of Food Science and Engineering major includes multiple aspects such as food production,processing,preservation,transportation,testing,and nutrition.The"Instrument Analysis"is a very important course in the field of food science and engineering,which involves detection methods and techniques for common ingredients,nutrients,and additives in food,as well as the basic principles,instrument structures,and operating methods of commonly used food analysis instruments.In order to improve the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of undergraduate students majoring in food science and engineering in the course of"Instrument Analysis",this authors summarized the practical problems existing in traditional"Instrument Analysis"teaching and virtual simulation teaching method,explored the organic combination of virtual simulation and physical teaching,established a new teaching mode based on virtual simulation platform and a matching assessment mechanism,and improved the quality and level of"Instrument Analysis"teaching,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the teaching of"Instrument Analysis"in the future.
