Exploration and Practice of Ideological Education in"Food Chemistry"Based on BOPPPS Model under the OBE Concept
Under the background of new engineering studies and based on the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)education concept,the"Food Chemistry"is carried out by BOPPPS teaching model integrated with ideological education.By establishing a complete pre-class,in-class,and post-class teaching structure,students are guided to actively participate in learning.The integration of ideological elements into the teaching process has achieved simultaneous improvement in students'ideological and political qualities,scientific literacy,and professional ethics during the process of professional knowledge learning.It can provide a practical reference for the implementation of ideological education in other courses.
