Exploration of the Teaching Mode of"Food Preservation Technology"Course Based on the"5E"Concept
In order to stimulate the interest of vocational college students in learning,to reduce the difficulty of understanding professional knowledge,and to effectively improve students'learning efficiency,based on the exploratory teaching characteristics of the"5E"teaching concept,the"5E"concept is introduced into the teaching of the"Food Preservation Technology"course.Through the combination of online and offline,theory and practice are integrated to help students explore and acquire relevant knowledge of the"Food Preservation Technology"course from both theoretical knowledge and professional skills,in order to improve the teaching effectiveness of the course.
