摘要

以马克思生产力理论为指导,采用文献资料与逻辑分析法,阐释新质生产力推动传统食品产业发展的逻辑契合点,结合平凉市传统食品产业发展现状,从产业融合、科技支撑、公众需求和政策支持4个方面概括出转变传统观念激发食品企业创新活力、提升科技创新的水平提升企业发展实力、创新营销模式拓展食品企业发展空间等新质生产力推动传统食品产业高质量发展的路径.

Abstract

Under the guidance of Marx's productivity theory,use literature and logical analysis to explain the logical convergence point of new quality productivity to promote the development of traditional food industry.Combined with the development status of traditional food industry in Pingliang City,the path of new quality productivitywas summarized to promote the high-quality development of traditional food industry from four aspects:industrial integration,scientific and technological support,public demand and policy support.
