摘要

刺梨含有丰富的营养物质和活性成分,是一种开发生态食品的优质原料.经过多年发展,贵州刺梨生态食品产业体系日趋完善,同时也面临诸多挑战.针对刺梨营养价值和活性成分、生态食品开发现状、面临的机遇与挑战进行研究,以期为刺梨生态食品产业高质量发展提供理论参考.

Abstract

Rosaroxburghii Tratt is rich in nutrients and active ingredients and is a high-quality raw material for developing ecological food.After years of development,the ecological food industry of R.roxburghii in Guizhou has become increasingly satisfying,but it also faces many challenges.The nutritional value and active ingredients of R.roxburghii,the development status of ecological food and the opportunities and challenges faced by ecological food of R.roxburghii were studied,in order to provide theoretical reference for the high-quality development of ecological food industry of R.roxburghii.
