Practical Exploration of Curriculum Ideological and Political Construction of"Food Chemistry Experiments"from the Perspective of OBE Concept
"Food Chemistry Experiment"course is an important basic professional course for majors in Food Science &Engineering,"Curriculum ideology and politics"is currently very important to the professional course and ideological and political education for college students.Taking the case of"Food Chemistry Experiment"course,experiment teaching reform is explored,focusing on the construction of an innovative experimental teaching system of"thinking about politics as the guide,'three in one'of value shaping,ability training,and knowledge transfer",essentially giving prominence to the principal position of students and cleverly selecting the entry point of ideological and political education is an empirical approach to organically integrating goals into the curriculum objectives based on outcome-oriented education(OBE).Subsequently,engineering practice is fostered through reasonably selecting method and stereoscopic processing for mining ideological and political resources have been done to organically integrate ideological and political content into the experimentalcourse education.This provided references to the continuous improvement of the teaching quality,and to support and promote the achievement of graduation requirements.
