Determination of 7 Kinds of Biogenic Amines in Aquatic Products by Post-Column Derivatization Cation-Exchange Chromatography
A post column derivative cation exchange chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of 7 kinds of biogenic amines in aquatic products was established.About 7 kinds of biogenic amines were extracted from the samples by dispersing high-speed homogenization method in acid medium.7 kinds of biogenic amines in the extraction solution were separated by LCA K17/K cation exchange chromatography column, followed by derivatization reaction with ninhydrin, and detected at 570 nm after color development. The results showed that the linear range of 7 kinds of biogenic amines was 10-100 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999 7,and the limit of detection was between 5 mg/kg and 20 mg/kg.In the case of adding standard mass ratios of 20,50,and 80 mg/kg,the average recoveries of 7 kinds of biogenic amines was between 89.9%and 99.6%,and the relative standard deviations(n=6)between 1.9%and 7.1%.The method is suitable for the rapid determination of 7 kinds of biogenic amines in aquatic products.
