Evaluation of Uncertainty in the Determination of Thiamethoxam in Bananas by Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry/Mass Spectrometry
To evaluate the uncertainty of the determination of thiamethoxam in bananas by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry, analyze the factors affecting the uncertainty of the experiment, identify each uncertainty component, and evaluate it.The influence of factors such as sample weighing, extraction reagent volume, standard solution preparation, sample determination concentration, and sample measurement repeatability on measurement uncertainty have been determined, and the uncertainty of each component has been calculated. When the content of thiamethoxam is 0.018 mg/kg,the synthetic uncertainty of the measurement result is 0.000 33 mg/kg,and the extended uncertainty is within the 95%confidence interval,k=2,U=0.000 66 mg/kg.The results show that the repeatability measurement of the sample has the greatest impact on uncertainty, followed by standard solution preparation and sample weighing. When the laboratory encounters critical value detection results, attention should be paid to the influence of sample repeatability and other results, and the impact of measurement results on uncertainty should be minimized as much as possible.
