近年来食品中兽药残留严重影响人们身心健康和经济发展,高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)具有分离效果好、选择性高、灵敏度高等优势,在动物源性食品兽药残留检测领域具有较大应用潜力。文章主要论述HPLC-MS/MS在动物源性食品中多种药物残留同时检测、驱虫类药物、抗菌类药物、抗病毒类药物、激素类药物等兽药残留分析中的应用进展,并从开发适用不同类型动物源基质特异性、绿色、高效的净化技术,微型化、便携性和智能化检测技术等方面展望了该技术未来发展前景,以期为科学监管提供参考。
Research Progress on Detecting Veterinary Drug Residues in Food Based on High-Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry
In recent years,veterinary drug residues in food have seriously affected people's physical and mental health and economic development.High performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)has the advantages of good separation efficiency,high selectivity,and high sensitivity,and has great potential for application in the detection of veterinary drug residues in animal derived food.This article mainly discusses the application progress of HPLC-MS/MS in the simultaneous detection of multiple drug residues in animal derived foods,as well as the analysis of veterinary drug residues such as deworming drugs,antibacterial drugs,antiviral drugs,hormone drugs,etc.It also looks forward to the future development prospects of this technology from the aspects of developing purification technologies that are specific,green,and efficient for different types of animal derived matrices,miniaturization,portability,and intelligent detection technologies,in order to provide reference for scientific supervision.
