Performance Evaluation of Rapid Detection Products for Veterinary Drug Residues in Edible Aquatic Products
The rapid detection of veterinary drug residues in aquaculture and circulation of edible aquatic products is evaluated.According to the technical requirements for the conformity evaluation of food rapid detection products and the technical specifications for the evaluation of food rapid detection methods,the performance of the rapid detection products of furazolidone,furantoin,malachite green,enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,flufenicol,sulfadiazine and lincomycin were evaluated.The uniformity and stability of 4 kinds of blind concentration samples were determined by the prescribed reference method for veterinary drug residues in edible aquatic products.The results showed that the sensitivity,cross-reaction rate,specificity,false negative rate and false positive rate of 8 kinds of rapid detection products from 13 manufacturers basically met the requirements of detection methods.The rapid detection of veterinary drug residues in edible aquatic products at the source of breeding and circulation can effectively control the flow of aquatic products with excessive veterinary residues into the market,ensure the safety of consumers'tongue tips,and provide technical support for grassroots food safety supervision.
