研究婴幼儿配方奶粉中的营养素在货架期内的损失率,对确定产品货架期及保证产品质量具有重要意义.主要研究婴幼儿配方奶粉在加速实验中各营养素的损失情况.结果表明,维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C和双歧杆菌发生明显损失,其他营养素未发生明显损失.对不同段位产品的损失率进行研究,可为婴幼儿配方奶粉中营养素在货架期中的损失率预测提供数据支撑.
The Study of Nutrient Loss Rates in Infant Formula
It is of great significance to study the loss rate of nutrients in infant formula milk powder during the shelf life for determining the shelf life and ensuring product quality.Mainly study the nutrient loss of infant formula milk powder in accelerated experiment.The results show that the loss of vitamin A,vitamin B1,vitamin B2,vitamin C and bifidobacterium is significant,while the loss of other nutrients is not significant.The research on the loss rate of different segments of products can provide data support for the prediction of the loss rate of nutrients in infant formula milk powder in the shelflife.
