摘要

"食品安全监督管理"在食品安全评价方面具有指导性作用,文章旨在探索如何在新工科背景下对"食品安全监督管理"进行课程教学改革.首先,指出食品安全监督管理实际教学中存在的问题;其次,提出教学方法上的改革和实践,包括丰富教学内容,融入OBE教学、案例教学、翻转课堂教学等教学方法以及探索课程评价方式.

Abstract

"Food Safety Management and Supervision"plays a guiding role in food safety evaluation.This article aims to explore how to reform the curriculum of"Food Safety Supervision and Management"in the context of new engineering disciplines.Firstly,point out the problems that exist in the actual teaching of food safety supervision and management;Secondly,propose reforms and practices in teaching methods,including enriching teaching content,integrating OBE teaching,case teaching,flipped classroom teaching,and exploring course evaluation methods.
