食品安全和营养健康是人民群众关注的话题,如何在原有专业教育基础上开展好创新创业教育是高校教育教学改革提出的新的课题.食品类专业教育与创新创业教育融合发展,探讨"食品安全+营养健康+N"大学生双创能力场域的构成,"资源环境""互动界面"和"共生模式"是主体,衍生发展的"课程资源场域""教学设计场域""学习模态场域""学习空间场域""教学平台与工具场域"5个"子场域"既相对独立又相互交叉协同发展.大学生双创能力场域的构成和实施路径的探索,为"大众创业、万众创新"时代应用型本科院校食品类专业教育与创新创业教育融合发展问题提供重要的研究启示.
Food safety and nutritional health are topics of great concern to the public.How to effectively carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education on the basis of existing professional education is a new issue proposed by the reform of higher education teaching.The integration and development of food-related professional education with innovation and entrepreneurship education explore the composition of the"Food Safety+Nutrition Health+N'dual innovation capability field for college students.The main components,including the"resource environment,""interactive interface,"and"symbiotic model,"give rise to five relatively independent yet mutually supportive and collaborative development"sub-fields"of curriculum resource field,teaching design field,learning modality field,learning space field,and teaching platform and tools field.The exploration of the composition and implementation pathways for the college students'dual innovation capability field provides important research insights for the integration and development of food-related professional education with innovation and entrepreneurship education in applied undergraduate institutions in the era of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation."
