Effect of calcium and phosphorus on accumulation of vitamin E in wheat embryo callus
The effect of the content of calcium element and phosphorus element in the culture on accumulated vitamin E of wheat embryo callus was studied. The mathematical models were established to describe growth kinetics and accumulation of vitamin E for wheat embryo callus cells.Based on the most accumulation of secondary metabolites Vitamin E as an object, the best combination of Ca element, P element in medium was selected by test optimum. The results showed that the production of vitamin E in B, medium was most at the CaCl_2·2H_2O 150mg/L and NaH_2PO_4 · H_2O 300mg/L.The fitting degree of kinetic model of Vitamin E accumulation was 97.96%,and the fitting degree of kinetic model of cell growth was 95.57%, nonlinear relation was well. The trace element Ca and P affect vitamin E accumulates in medium for wheat germ callus, the influence of element P was more remarkable than that of element Ca.
