Application of real-time fluorescent PCR in detection of food authenticity
Real -time Fluorescent PCR which has the character of differential,sensitive,convenient and fast virtues,has been used in detection of food authenticity. The principle of real-time fluorescent PCR was discussed and expatiated its application in detection of meat products,high value food,dairy product,fruit juice,aquatic products and edible oils.
