抗坏血酸处理对早红考密斯梨采后生理及贮藏品质的影响

以早红考密斯西洋梨为试材,研究了抗坏血酸(AsA)处理对其采后生理及贮藏品质的影响.结果表明:20mmol/L AsA处理早红考密斯西洋梨,有效降低其果实乙烯释放量和呼吸强度水平,保持了较高的硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸和Vc含量,可以抑制果实病害的发生.在贮藏第100d时,10、20mmol/L AsA处理果实病害发生率分别比对照低18.41%和24.45%.
Influence of ascorbic acid treatment on postharvest physiology and storage quality in Pyrus communis L.cv.Early Red Comice
The effect of ascorbic acid treatment on postharvest physiology and quality of European pear(Pyrus communis L.cv.Early Red Comice)were investigated during storage.The results indicated that the ethylene production and respiration rate of fruit treated with 20mmol/L AsA was lower than others.The decline of firmness,titratable acid and Vc content were inhibited during storage,and total soluble solids content of fruit was higher by 20mmol/L AsA treatment.It could inhibit the development of disease of pear fruit in better during storage.Disease incidence in 10mmol/L AsA treatment or 20mmol/L AsA treatment was 18.41% or 24.45% lower than that of control at 100d of storage,respectively.
