To research extract technology of total flavonoids from seed shell of Juglans mandshurica, single factor test were carried out at extraction yield of total flavonoids and total reducin9 power as index. Based on this, solid-to-liquid ratio, concentration of ethanol and time of extraction were selected as variables. And a mathematical model was obtained according to response surface methodology. Results showed that the followin9 optimum parameters: solid-to-liquid ratio 1:24 (9/mL), concentration of ethanol 57% and time of extraction 131 min. The predicted value of extraction yield of total flavonoids was 9.41 mg/g. After confirmatory test, the relative standard deviation was 1.83%. The regression equation was fitting better with actual situation.
