生鲜驼乳及发酵驼乳中益生乳酸菌的研究进展

益生菌是对人体有益的活的微生物.乳酸菌作为常见益生菌之一,在促进机体健康方面发挥着重要作用.骆驼乳中微生物较其他乳丰度高,蕴藏着丰富的乳酸菌资源,在其医疗保健价值中发挥着重要的作用.生鲜驼乳及其发酵乳中分离得到的益生乳酸菌,具有维持人体胃肠道环境菌群平衡、促进营养吸收、抗菌、抗氧化、降血糖、降胆固醇、免疫调节、抗肿瘤等保健作用.文章主要对生鲜驼乳及其发酵乳的益生乳酸菌组成及其益生特性进行了综述,为更好地将其益生作用应用于人类健康提供理论基础.
Research Progress of Probiotic Lactic Acid Bacteria in Fresh and Fermented Camel Milk
Probiotics are living microorganisms that are beneficial to the human body.As one of the common probiotics,lactic acid bacteria plays an important role in promoting the health of the body.The microorganism in camel milk is more abundant than other milk,which plays an important role in its medical and health care value.A large number of studies have reported that probiotic lactic acid bacteria isolated from camel milk have health care functions such as maintaining the balance of gastrointestinal flora in human body,promoting nutrient absorption,antibacterial,antioxidant,lowering blood sugar and cholesterol,immunomodulation and anti-tumor.This review mainly focuses on the composition and probiotic characteristics of probiotic lactic acid bacteria in camel milk,which provided a theoretical basis for better applying its probiotic functions to human health.
