Determination of Multiple Free Amino Acids in Sports Functional Beverages by Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Quadrupole Time of Flight
Objective:To establish a rapid and effective method for the determination of multiple free amino acids in sports functional beverages based on ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time of flight(HPLC-QTOF).Method:The sample was diluted with water and fixed to volume, under gradient elution conditions of 0.1% formic acid acetonitrile and 0.1% ammonium formate mobile phase,it was separated by HILIC-Z chromatography column, the sample was qualitatively analyzed using a mass spectrometry library, and quantitatively analyzed using external standard method.Result:All fifteen amino acids have a good linear relationship between 0.5 μg/mL and 4.0 μg/mL,with a correlation coefficient R2 between 0.9900 and 0.9996,the detection limits can reach 1 ng/mL to 100 ng/mL,the recovery rates ranges from 93.1% to 107.7%,and the relative standard deviations ranged from 1.7% to 5.5%.Conclusion:This method has the advantages of convenience, accuracy, sensitivity and effectiveness, and can be used for the actual detection of various amino acid contents in sports functional beverages.
