基于荧光微球的多菌灵残留快速检测试纸条的研制

该研究利用荧光微球纳米材料作为信号标记物,制备多菌灵抗体-荧光微球偶联物作为信号探针,基于抗原抗体的特异性识别作用,建立了果蔬中多菌灵的荧光微球免疫层析定量检测方法.结果表明,:此方法的线性范围为0.1~2.0 ng/mL,灵敏度为0.028 ng/mL.在优化实验条件下,该方法具有快速和简便等优点,具有很高的应用前景,可满足果蔬中多菌灵的快速定量检测.
Development of Carbendazim Residue Rapid Test Strips Based on Fluorescent Microspheres
In this study,the fluorescent microspheres were used as signal markers to prepare carbendazim antibody-fluorescent microsphere conjugate as signal probes,and based on the specific recognition of antigens and antibodies interaction,a quantitative detection method for fluorescent microspheres immunochromatography of carbendazim in fruit and vegetable was established.The results showed that the linear range of the method was 0.1-2.0 ng/mL,and the sensitivity was 0.028 ng/mL.Under the optimized experimental conditions,this method has the advantages of speed and simplicity,which can meet the rapid quantitative detection of carbendazim in fruits and vegetables.
