摘要

海参是一种珍贵的海珍品,是"八珍"之一,刺参被誉为"海参之冠",富含多糖等活性物质,具有极高的食用和药用价值.海参多糖具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血压、抗疲劳等多种活性.海参多糖的提取、分离、纯化和活性成为当前国内外的研究热点.文章总结了刺参多糖的提取方法、分离纯化方法和生物活性,并对刺参多糖的前景进行了展望,旨在为刺参多糖的进一步开发利用提供指导.

Abstract

Sea cucumber is a precious sea treasure and one of the eight treasures.Stichopus japonicas is known as the crown of sea cucumber,which is rich in active substances such as polysaccharides and has high edible and medicinal value.Sea cucumber polysaccharide has anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,hypotensive,anti-fatigue and other activities.The extraction,separation,purification and activity of sea cucumber polysaccharides have become a research hotspot at home and abroad.In this paper,the extraction methods,separation methods and biological activities of Stichopus japonicas polysaccharides were summarized,and looked forward to the prospect of Stichopus japonicas polysaccharides,in order to provide guidance for the further development and utilization of Stichopus japonicas polysaccharides.
