Study on Fluorescent Quantitative PCR Detection Method of Sweet Potato and Cassava Components in Vermicelli
In order to achieve quantitative research on sweet potato and cassava derived components in vermicelli, fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was exployed to qualitatively detect sweet potato and cassava derived components in vermicelli. In response to the current chaotic situation of vermicelli labels in the market, primers were designed for specific genes in sweet potato and cassava. The establishment of this method can effectively identify situations where the label does not match the actual product.According to the results of fluorescence quantitative PCR detection, there is a phenomenon of cassava adulteration in the vermicelli labeled as sweet potato on the market. There are currently no standards established for vermicelli adulteration, and there is a lack of supervision in this area. The sweet potato and cassava detection method established in the experiment can play a certain supervisory role in the presence of adulteration in the market, provide scientific basis for market supervision departments, and have certain market application prospects.
