Activity Component Content Change Rule of Sanghuangporus vaninii During Liquid Culture
The liquid culture of Sanghuangporus spp.has various advantages over artificial cultivation, and is presently advancing towards factory and automated production. In this study,Sanghuangporus vaninii(S.vaninii)was used as the research subject, the mycelium biomass, crude polysaccharide content, triterpene content, flavonoid content, and polyphenol content in both the mycelium and fermentation broth were determined through continuous liquid culture for 20 days, subsequently, dynamic detection and analysis of these indexes were performed. The study found that the biomass and extracellular polysaccharide of S.vaninii mycelium reached their highest levels on day 12.The pH value was lowest on 8th day, coinciding with the highest flavonoid and polyphenol content in the fermentation broth. The triterpene content also reached its first peak on 8th day.The mycelium's polysaccharide, triterpene, flavonoid, and polyphenol contents all peaked between day 10 and day 12.For this reason, various secondary metabolites can be obtained based on varying incubation times. This study's findings offer theoretical support for more effective control of the liquid culture process of S.vaninii and for enhancing the output of its active constituents.
