鱼腥草提取液提取工艺优化及益生能力的研究

为优化鱼腥草提取液(Houttuynia cordata extract,HCE)的提取工艺和测试HCE的益生能力,通过单因素试验与响应面相结合的方法,研究了液料比、提取时间和提取温度3个因素对HCE提取率的影响.结果得到的最佳提取条件为液料比10∶1、提取温度55 ℃和提取时间150 min,此时提取率最大为25.68%.当HCE浓度为20%时可显著提高对B.longum的增殖能力(P<0.05),当HCE浓度为15%时可显著提高B.longum的产酸能力(P<0.05),当HCE浓度为10%时可显著提高对L.bulgaricus的增殖能力以及B.longum、L.bulgaricus与L.acidophilus的产酸能力(P<0.05),当HCE浓度为5%时可显著提高对L.acidophilus的增殖能力与产酸能力(P<0.05).由以上结果得出,HCE可以显著促进益生菌的增殖与产酸能力.
Extraction Process Optimization and Probiotics of Houttuynia cordata Extract
In order to optimize the extraction process of Houttuynia cordata extract(HCE)and test the probiotic ability of HCE,the effects of liquid to material ratio,extraction time,and extraction temperature on the extraction rate of HCE were studied through a combination of single factor experiments and response surface methodology.The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:liquid to material ratio of 10∶1,extraction temperature of 55 ℃,and extraction time of 150 minutes,with a maximum extraction rate of 25.68%.When the HCE concentration was 20%,it could significantly improve the proliferation ability of B.longum(P<0.05).When the HCE concentration was 15%,the acid production ability of B.longum could be significantly improved(P<0.05);When the HCE concentration was 10%,it could significantly improve the proliferation ability of L.bulgaricus and the acid production ability of B.longum,L.bulgaricus,and L.acidophilus(P<0.05);When the HCE concentration was 5%,it could significantly improve the proliferation ability and acid production ability of L.acidophilus(P<0.05).From the above results,it could be concluded that the HCE could significantly promote the proliferation and acid production ability of probiotics.
