Distribution Characteristics of Pesticide Residue in Wheat and Processing Products
The distribution characteristics of pesticide residues in different types of wheat flour products were analyzed to provide data support for the controling pesticide residues in wheat products. The results showed that fungicides and insecticides were two kinds of pesticides with high detection rate in wheat kernel. The distribution characteristics of pesticide residues in wheat grain products processed by two different processing methods were compared. The samples with highest to lowest concentration of pesticide residues were bran, coarse flour and wheat flour in order for products processed by the Brabender experimental mill. There were two different distribution characteristics in the wheat processed products from Buhler experimental mill, among which chlorpyrifos methyl, malathion and pyrimiphos methyl were the highest.Fipronil and isophosphorus methyl were the largest in bran and powder. The main reason for the significant differences in the distribution of different pesticide residues in each component may be due to the significant differences in the physical and chemical properties of pesticides,as well as inconsistent levels of soil pesticide residue pollution and plant absorption patterns.
