通过向小鼠喂食不同反式亚麻酸异构体含量的鼠粮,研究其对小鼠脂质代谢的影响,各实验组鼠粮中反式亚麻酸异构体含量分别为1.4936、20.4329、39.7637、56.4904 g/100 g.小鼠摄入不同反式亚麻酸异构体含量的鼠粮对血清总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、血浆肝素前脂蛋白脂酶(Plasma heparin pro-lipoprotein lipase,LPL)、肝脂酶(Hepatic lipase,HL)产生正相关影响,即反式亚麻酸异构体的含量越高,以上所有指标基本呈现增长趋势;而小鼠摄入不同反式亚麻酸异构体含量的鼠粮对C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)产生负相关影响,即反式亚麻酸异构体的含量越高,CRP的指标会降低.此外,HDL-C和LDL-C之间具有较强的正相关性(r=0.630,P<0.01),HL和LPL之间也具有较好的相关性(r=0.670,P<0.01).随着反式亚麻酸异构体摄入量的增加,肝脏细胞的空泡、脂滴数量、脂质积累、炎症细胞浸润情况也逐渐增加.实验结果表明,高含量的反式亚麻酸异构体的鼠粮会对小鼠的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、CRP、LPL、HL产生一定的影响,且高含量的反式亚麻酸异构体的鼠粮对肝脏及腹主动脉上皮细胞有严重的炎症损伤作用.
Effects of Different Trans-Linolenic Acid Isomers on Lipid Metabolism in Mice
In this paper,the effects of different contents of trans-linolenic acid isomers on the lipid metabolism of mice were studied.The results showed that the contents of trans-linolenic acid isomers in the mouse food of each group were 1.4936,20.4329,39.7637 and 56.4904 g/100 g,respectively.The intake of mouse food with different trans-linolenic acid isomers has a positive correlation effect on total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),plasma heparin pro-lipoprotein lipase(LPL)and hepatic lipase(HL),that is,the higher the content of trans-linolenic acid isomers,the indexes of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,LPL and HL basically show an increasing trend,while the intake of mouse food with different trans-linolenic acid isomers has a negative correlation effect on C reactive protein(CRP),that is,the higher the content of trans-linolenic acid isomers,the lower the CRP index.In addition,there was a strong positive correlation between HDL-C and LDL-C(r=0.630,P<0.01),and a good correlation between HL and LPL(r=0.670,P<0.01).With the increase of trans linolenic acid isomer intake,the number of vacuoles,lipid droplets,lipid accumulation and inflammatory cell infiltration in liver cells also increased gradually.The results of this experiment showed that the high content of trans-linolenic acid isomers maybe have some effects on TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,CRP,LPL and HL in mice,and trans-linolenic acid isomers have serious inflammatory damage to the liver and abdominal aortic epithelial cells.
