文章建立一种快速分散固相萃取(Quick,easy,cheap,effective,rugged,and safe,QuEChERS)技术结合气质联用仪(Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS/MS)测定啤酒花中45种农药残留的分析方法.样品经乙酸乙腈提取,QuEChERS和Z-Sep组合净化,通过GC-MS/MS检测,用外标法对农药残留进行定量分析.该方法中45种农药在0.010~0.500 mg/L范围内均具有良好的线性相关性,相关系数(R2)均大于0.998.在0.03、0.05、0.10mg/kg3个不同质量浓度水平下进行加标试验,回收率为66.7%~106.0%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.41%~8.95%,定限量为0.01 mg/kg.该方法操作简便、高效快速,适用于啤酒花中农药多残留的快速筛查.
Determination of 45 Pesticide Residues in Hops by QuEChERS Combined with Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
An analysis method was established for the determination of 45 kinds of pesticide residues in hops by quick,easy,cheap,effective,rugged,and safe(QuEChERS)combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).The samples were extracted with acetonitrile acetate,and then clean-up was carried out by QuEChERS and Z-Sep,develop a external standards quantitative method for pesticide residues through GC-MS/MS.The 45 pesticides in this method had a good linear correlation in the range of 0.010-0.500 mg/L,the correlation coefficients(R2)greater than 0.998.In three different concentration levels of 0.03 mg/kg,0.05 mg/kg and 0.10 mg/kg,the average recoveries were 66.7%-106.0%with the relative standard deviations(n=6)between 0.41%and 8.95%,and limit of quantitative was 0.01 mg/kg.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which is suitable for determination of pesticide residues in hops.
