Preparation and Preservation Effect of Flavonoid-Grafted-Chitosan/Polylactic Acid Composite Film
In this study,three kinds of flavonoid-grafted-chitosan/polylactic acid(F-g-CS/PLA)composite films were prepared.The physicochemical properties,mechanical properties and preservation application of the films were investigated.The results showed that the tensile strength,light transmittance,water vapor transmittance and oxygen transmittance of the three kinds of F-g-CS/PLA composite films were better than those of polyethylene(PE)film and CS/PLA composite films.At the same time,the preservation effect of three kinds of F-g-CS/PLA composite films on coix seed were better than that of PE film,especially dihydromyricetin-g-CS/PLA(D-g-CS/PLA)composite film.After 4 months of storage,compared with PE film treatment,the malondialdehyde content,fatty acid value,peroxide value and aerobic plate count of the coix seed treated with D-g-CS/PLA composite film decreased by 37.35%,36.86%,16.51%and 60.66%,respectively.After storage,the activity of lipase and fat oxidase decreased by 25.95%and 37.12%,respectively.The fatty acid contents of the coix seed treated with D-g-CS/PLA composite film changed little before and after storage.The results indicated that the D-g-CS/PLA composite film treatment could effectively inhibit lipid oxidation of high-fat cereals during storage.
