摘要
目的:研究柑橘属植物果皮对α-糖苷酶抑制活性.方法:高效液相色谱法测定13批柑橘属植物果皮中7种黄酮类成分的含量,并构建指纹图谱.运用聚类分析、主成分分析和偏最小二乘法-判别分析等化学计量学方法,对柑橘属植物果皮与酶抑制作用进行谱效分析.结果:13批柑橘属植物果皮均有较好的α-糖苷酶抑制作用,检测出柚皮甙、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、橙皮素、甜橙黄酮、川陈皮素、橘皮素等黄酮类成分.化学计量学结果显示,柑橘属植物果皮中橙皮素是主要的α-糖苷酶抑制活性成分.结论:柑橘属植物果皮可应用于开发降血糖的大健康产品中.
Abstract
Objective:To incestigate the inhibitory activity of Citrus peel against α-glycosidase.Methods:High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine the content of seven flavonoid components in 13 batches of Citrus peel,establishing a fingerprint.Chemometric methods including cluster analysis,principle component analysis,partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA),were employed to analyze the spectrum effect relationship between Citrus peel and enzyme inhibition.Results:All 13 batches of Citrus peel had better α-glycosidase inhibition and contained flavonoid components such as naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin,hespididin,sweet orange flavone,nobiletin and hesperetin.The stoichiometric results showed that hesperetin was the main component of α-glycosidase inhibitory activity in Citrus peel.Conclusion:Citrus peel from Citrus plants can be used in the development of health products for hypoglycemia.
