摘要

微藻具有较强的富硒能力,其富硒产品兼具硒元素与微藻的生物活性功能.研究培养富硒微藻可以提升微藻本身的营养价值和商业价值,也能够提高含有微藻的食品和饲料的品质并发挥良好的保健效果.文章概述了硒对微藻生长速度、营养含量等方面的影响,分析了微藻富硒能力的影响因素、常见富硒微藻种类及其种间差异、硒在微藻中的存在形式和转化途径,并重点总结了富硒微藻在食品、饲料、医药方面及环境保护与监测方面的开发应用现状及发展潜力,进而为富硒微藻产品的开发提供理论依据,为培育优质高产的富硒微藻提供思路.

Abstract

Microalgae possess strong selenium-enriched capabilities,and its selenium-enriched products have both selenium and biological activities of microalgae.Researching and cultivating selenium-enriched microalgae can not only improve the nutritional value and commercial value of microalgae itself,but also improve the quality of food and feed containing microalgae and play a good health effect.This paper overviews the effects of selenium on the growth rate and nutrient content of microalgae,analyzes the influencing factors of selenium enrichment in microalgae,common selenium-enriched microalgae species and their inter-species differences,as well as the existing forms and transformation pathways of selenium in microalgae.The focus is to summarize the current status and potential development of selenium-enriched microalgae applications in food,feed,pharmaceuticals,environmental protection,and monitoring.This review aims to provide a theoretical basis for the development of selenium-enriched microalgae products and offer insights into cultivating high-quality,high-yield selenium-enriched microalgae.
